Warehouse Relocation Services in Orlando, FL
Moving a warehouse is really two projects running at once: keeping the old building shipping until the last day, and getting the new one ready to receive on the first. The racking sits at the center of both. Frames, beams, decking, and accessories have to come down labeled, travel without damage, and go back up in a layout drawn for a building they were never designed for.
Our warehouse relocation service handles the storage system side of the move end to end — teardown, labeling, transport coordination, reinstallation, and a fresh layout for the new footprint. Where the new building calls for more positions than the old one had, we add new rack to match what you already own.
Call (407) 743-8726 with your move date and both addresses, and we'll start with a layout of the new building so you know what the racking will look like before the first bolt comes out.
How a Warehouse Move Works
New-building layout first
Before anything comes down, we draw the racking layout for the new building — aisle widths, beam elevations, and position counts based on its clear height and column grid.
Teardown and labeling
Frames, beams, and accessories come down in sequence and get tagged by row and level, so every component has a known destination in the new layout.
Transport coordination
We stage and coordinate the move of rack components between buildings, timed so teardown and reinstallation crews are never waiting on a truck.
Reinstall and tag
Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage reinstall the system anchored to the floor, plumbed, and leveled to the new drawing, with capacity tags on every bay — and new rack added anywhere the layout calls for it.

What We Need to Plan the Move
- What are the addresses of both buildings, and what's the move window?
- What's the clear height and column spacing in the new building?
- What rack types are being moved, and roughly how many positions?
- Will the new building need more positions than the old one?
- What's shipping out of the old building during the move?
What a Warehouse Relocation Includes
A warehouse relocation starts with the new building, not the old one. We take the new footprint — clear height, column spacing, dock positions, and floor condition — and draw the racking layout your operation will run on day one, before teardown is even scheduled.
Teardown is sequenced around your shipping calendar. Sections come down in an order that keeps part of the old building operational as long as possible, and every frame, beam, and deck is labeled to its position in the new layout. Hardware is bagged and matched so nothing gets separated in transit.
We coordinate transport between the two buildings and phase reinstallation so receiving can start into finished rows while the rest of the system goes up. Our team handles the permit side for you. Where the new building needs more storage than the old steel provides, we add matching new rack into the same layout.
The handover is a fully tagged system anchored to the floor with a drawing your team can work from — plus one local contact for any adjustment once you're running in the new space.

Two to six pallets deep from one aisle, without giving up much reach.
Pallet Flow Rack
Load one side, pick the other, and let gravity enforce first in, first out.
