Carton Flow Rack is the system we reach for when the floor is full but the air above the US-192 east corridor racks is not. We size the carton flow rack around your pallets, your lift trucks, and the clear height in your Old Canoe Creek Road area building, factoring in gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face. You get a drawing and a line-item price for the Old Canoe Creek Road area site, not a rough estimate. Call (407) 743-8726 and we will start a St. Cloud layout. (407) 743-8726 ## Why St. Cloud Warehouses Work With Us St. Cloud operators mixing construction supply with food service distribution usually need one part of the floor dense and another part fully selective. That split is exactly where carton flow rack tends to earn its keep near the Narcoossee area. That is part of why carton flow rack fits St. Cloud operations: restocking from the back aisle so the pick line keeps moving. A short design consult tells you quickly whether that tradeoff works for your SKUs, or whether another system carries more of the load in a Old Canoe Creek Road area footprint. You also get one point of contact for the whole St. Cloud carton flow rack project. The same person who draws the layout quotes the steel, schedules delivery around your Old Canoe Creek Road area dock, and plans added positions when your inventory grows. Construction supply Food service distribution Mixed inventory Light manufacturing ## How Carton Flow Rack Works Cases advance to the picker instead of the picker hunting for cases. 1 ### Inclined wheel beds A full-width wheel bed or roller track sits on a slight incline inside a standard bay, so cases move forward under their own weight without power. 2 ### Pick from a fixed position The picker always reaches for the same forward spot in the lane. Travel time drops, and so does the time spent searching for the next case. 3 ### Restock from behind Replenishment loads the high end of the lane from a separate aisle, so restocking never blocks or slows the pick line, and rotation stays first in, first out automatically. 4 ### One lane per SKU Lane dividers set the width for each case size, giving every SKU its own face - a width that can be resized as your product mix shifts. ## What a Carton Flow Rack Project Includes A carton flow rack quote for St. Cloud starts from measurements, not assumptions — clear height, column spacing, dock access, pallet weights, and which SKUs turn daily versus monthly. Our design team turns that into a CAD layout with carton flow rack position counts, load capacity per level, and an itemized quote for the St. Cloud site. Because this system trades on restocking from the back aisle so the pick line keeps moving, we usually model an alternative configuration on the same footprint, so you weigh positions against picking speed with real numbers rather than a sales pitch. New carton flow rack components are priced with a confirmed lead time, and we stage deliveries to match your Old Canoe Creek Road area dock. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage set the system according to the St. Cloud drawing, anchored to the floor, verify it loaded, and tag capacities. Work is sequenced zone by zone so St. Cloud receiving and shipping never stop, and we stay reachable for carton flow rack layout revisions and added lanes.
