Carton Flow Rack is built for exactly that situation — it turns the unused clear height in a Colonial TownPark area building into working pick faces instead of aisle. We take the pallet weights, lift truck, and usable height from your International Parkway site, weigh it against gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face, and come back with a drawing, a position count, and a priced bill of material. Call (407) 743-8726. (407) 743-8726 ## Why Lake Mary Warehouses Work With Us Buildings around the Colonial TownPark area and the Rinehart Road corridor are rarely uniform. Column spacing, dock aprons, and usable height differ enough from one Lake Mary site to the next that a layout copied from another building wastes positions. For medical supply work near International Parkway, the deciding factor is normally restocking from the back aisle so the pick line keeps moving. We put that in front of you during the free carton flow rack design consult, with Lake Mary position counts for both directions. You also get one point of contact for the whole Lake Mary carton flow rack project. The same person who draws the layout quotes the steel, schedules delivery around your Colonial TownPark area dock, and plans added positions when your inventory grows. Corporate distribution Technology logistics Medical supply Professional service parts ## How Carton Flow Rack Works Cases advance to the picker instead of the picker hunting for cases. 1 ### Inclined wheel beds A full-width wheel bed or roller track sits on a slight incline inside a standard bay, so cases move forward under their own weight without power. 2 ### Pick from a fixed position The picker always reaches for the same forward spot in the lane. Travel time drops, and so does the time spent searching for the next case. 3 ### Restock from behind Replenishment loads the high end of the lane from a separate aisle, so restocking never blocks or slows the pick line, and rotation stays first in, first out automatically. 4 ### One lane per SKU Lane dividers set the width for each case size, giving every SKU its own face - a width that can be resized as your product mix shifts. ## What a Carton Flow Rack Project Includes The first step is a working list of what has to fit in your Lake Mary space: pallet sizes, heaviest load, forklift reach, and how many SKUs need direct access versus carton flow rack depth. The deliverable is a carton flow rack drawing and a priced bill of material: positions, elevations, aisle widths, and capacities for your Rinehart Road corridor building. Since the design turns on restocking from the back aisle so the pick line keeps moving, we normally include a denser alternative on the same plan so the corporate distribution tradeoff is explicit. Carton Flow Rack delivery windows are built around your Rinehart Road corridor dock so trailers do not sit and wait. Installation partners work off the Lake Mary carton flow rack drawing you approved, tag capacities on completion, and phase the job by zone or shift. Added carton flow rack positions and later reconfigurations go through the same Lake Mary contact.
