Carton Flow Rack addresses that directly, reclaiming the positions a typical medical supply layout in this market never uses. We start with your measurements — pallet profile, forklift, usable ceiling height — and because this system depends on fastest-moving SKUs placed at the golden pick zone, then hand your Altamonte Springs team a layout with a position count and an itemized quote. Call (407) 743-8726 with the pallet weights and we will size the carton flow rack for Altamonte Springs. (407) 743-8726 ## Why Altamonte Springs Warehouses Work With Us Buildings around the SR-436 corridor and the Douglas Avenue industrial zone are rarely uniform. Column spacing, dock aprons, and usable height differ enough from one Altamonte Springs site to the next that a layout copied from another building wastes positions. That is part of why carton flow rack fits Altamonte Springs operations: gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face. A short design consult tells you quickly whether that tradeoff works for your SKUs, or whether another system carries more of the load in a SR-436 corridor footprint. Clear coordination matters on a Altamonte Springs project: scheduled freight, a direct answer on a carton flow rack revision, and one contact for planning future positions. Medical supply E-commerce fulfillment Commercial distribution Service parts ## How Carton Flow Rack Works Cases advance to the picker instead of the picker hunting for cases. 1 ### Inclined wheel beds A full-width wheel bed or roller track sits on a slight incline inside a standard bay, so cases move forward under their own weight without power. 2 ### Pick from a fixed position The picker always reaches for the same forward spot in the lane. Travel time drops, and so does the time spent searching for the next case. 3 ### Restock from behind Replenishment loads the high end of the lane from a separate aisle, so restocking never blocks or slows the pick line, and rotation stays first in, first out automatically. 4 ### One lane per SKU Lane dividers set the width for each case size, giving every SKU its own face - a width that can be resized as your product mix shifts. ## What a Carton Flow Rack Project Includes The first step is a working list of what has to fit in your Altamonte Springs space: pallet sizes, heaviest load, forklift reach, and how many SKUs need direct access versus carton flow rack depth. Our design team turns that into a CAD layout with carton flow rack position counts, load capacity per level, and an itemized quote for the Altamonte Springs site. Because this system trades on gravity wheel beds feeding cases to a fixed pick face, we usually model an alternative configuration on the same footprint, so you weigh positions against picking speed with real numbers rather than a sales pitch. Carton Flow Rack delivery windows are built around your Douglas Avenue industrial zone dock so trailers do not sit and wait. Installation partners work off the Altamonte Springs carton flow rack drawing you approved, tag capacities on completion, and phase the job by zone or shift. Added carton flow rack positions and later reconfigurations go through the same Altamonte Springs contact.
